Combat comes from an early XXth century anarchist newspaper published in Limoges, France, called "Le combat social". Only the 10 letters of the title were created for printing. 100 years later, the font exists on its own.

Pictograms creation from typography based on the expression « no rain, no flowers ». I worked with garden elements and sadness to create a visual that can have a double meaning. I based all my typographic game on the asterisk of the visual which is a flower.

I wanted to keep my topgraphic game on flowers and I made a poster about heartbreak and social media's impact in the social relations of our generation. That's why Combat starts to pixelate to show the heartaches that happen because of social networks. We no longer receive bouquets but text messages.

To continue with the flowers, I looked for 5 sweet and 5 savory flowers-based recipes. I chose cards to make a nice colored slice depending on the flavor. Fully handmade with digital and screen printing.
